Dear all, this is a dream come true, thank you Amrita, my sister for helping me understanding the basics of blogging.
I take this as an opportunity to introduce myself. I am Mousumi Dasgupta, in the teaching and hospitality trade for the last 15 years. I finished my IHM from the prestigious IHM PUSA in the year 1998. Joining another prestigious organisation as the MT(Taj Group of Hotels) Kitchen.
I started my teaching career from the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management, Lajpat Nagar, went on to join Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management. I became the HOD in IEC, IHM, greater Noida. Presently working the Galgotias University.
I have started this blog to guide the current students who seek advice relating to career growth and help with the curriculum.
I have written and co-authored many books, relating to food Production, bakery.
Have taught various subjects in my carer, food production, front office, housekeeping or Accomodation operations, food science and nutrition, facility planning, Human Resource, Event management, etc.
